Where do we plant trees

We plant two trees in Canada for each item purchased. In addition to the restoration of forests and wildlife habitat, trees planted through Create Forest's partnerships are never cut and contribute to cleaner air, cleaner soil, and cleaner waterways.

  • Environmental impact: This project ensures reforestation of abandoned farmlands to help re-establish important watershed and wildlife corridors.

British Columbia, Canada

  • Environmental impact: This project re-establishes forest cover devastated by Mountain Pine and Spruce Beetle. Trees will protect wildlife habitat and preserve forested paths and recreational areas.

  • Landowner: Chingee family traditional territory (Mcleod Lake Indian Band)

Notre-Dame-du-Portage, Québec, Canada

  • Environmental impact: This is a project carried by the municipality of Notre-Dame-du-Portage, which seeks to improve a sector of its territory heavily used by its citizens for walking in the forest. The chosen parcel is crossed by various trails that complete a loop including a recreational space. The targeted site is the northern portion of farmland owned by the community.
